Overview

Yama’s Fish Market is seeking a competent, positive individual to prepare our existing specialties to recipe standards.

Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a high-volume, reputable establishment or be a quick study with a culinary degree. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining superior food quality and presentation. Must be able to multitask to work our busy lunch/dinner crowd. Must be organized and good with time management.

Knowledge and practice of basic food safety is a given.

Shifts

Part-time: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Full-time: Must be able to work any scheduled morning, afternoon or weekend shift.

Compensation/Benefits

Part-time: DOE, complimentary employee meals and employee discounts. Depending on performance, this position may lead to a full-time position.
