May and June fill up fast. Pans that travel well, food everybody actually wants.
Grad season in Hawaiʻi means lei up to the ears and a party to feed — often at a park, a backyard, or the hall after the ceremony. Our catering pans are built for exactly that: local favorites that hold up, travel well, and disappear fast.
Homemade kalua pig, mochiko chicken, shoyu chicken, beef stew, fresh poke by the pound, rice, mac salad, and haupia — the table your grad’s party deserves, from the shop that’s fed Honolulu’s milestones since 1980.
A classic two-entrée spread for 50 — kalua pig, shoyu chicken, rice, mac salad, and a 75-piece dessert platter — runs about $820, roughly $16.40 per person at current prices.
Order at least 7 days ahead — and in May and June, earlier is smarter; graduation weekends book up.
Prices shown are from our live catering menu as of August 2026 and can change with the market — the online catering menu always has today's prices.
