The first birthday is the big one. We’ve been feeding Oʻahu’s baby lūʻaus for 45 years.
In Hawaiʻi, baby’s first birthday calls for a real lūʻau — the whole ʻohana, and a table that means it. That’s a lot of food to get right, and it’s exactly what we’ve done for Honolulu families since 1980.
Everything is homemade: kalua pig, hand-wrapped lau lau, shoyu chicken, chicken long rice, lomi salmon, fresh poke from ahi we buy at the Honolulu fish auction, and the haupia HAWAIʻI Magazine named the best in the islands.
Our “lūʻau with the works” for 100 — two entrées in pans, rice, mac salad, 25 pounds of fresh ahi poke (¼ pound per person), and dessert platters — runs about $2,640, roughly $26 per person at current prices. That’s the complete table.
Trim the poke or dessert and a hearty table lands closer to $16–$20 per person. Delivery available island-wide (fee varies by location).
Prices shown are from our live catering menu as of August 2026 and can change with the market — the online catering menu always has today's prices.
Plan two entrées with pans covering your full headcount (small pans serve 12–20, medium 20–40), rice and mac salad at one medium pan per ~30 guests, poke at ¼ pound per person, and dessert platters at 75 pieces per ~50 guests. A full spread for 100 runs about $2,640 at current prices.
Kalua pig, lau lau, shoyu chicken, chicken long rice, squid luau, lomi lomi salmon, fresh poke, rice, mac salad, and haupia for dessert. We make all of it in-house, the way it’s been made here since 1980.
